You should feel 'guilt-free' about it. (How common is the uasage, please?)

Does 'you should feel guilt-free about it' mean the same as 'you should not feel guilty about it'? If yes, then which one is more commonly used n everyday speech? Thanks.

While they mean about the same I would probably never use the first one.

It's not a structure a native speaker would use. It sounds unnatural.
