I think that "that I met you" modifies "I am happy". And also in "I am happy with your success." With your success modifies I am happy. Or should we say that they modify just happy?
What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much in advance.

Ditto my previous answer: the clause functions as an adverbial adjunct to the predicate (am happy).
