    "No way" and "No how" are American colloquial expressions, which may be used either individually or together to signify one's emphatic disagreement. "Absolutely not" would be a similar British expression.
    In this case, using alliteration as a tool, Hilary Clinton was obviously expressing her opinion about Senator John McCain's chances as a Presidential candidate in 2008.
