Can a sentence start with "Having aggrieved with"?
Example: Having aggrieved with the attitude of the Police Officer, the farmer complained to the Minister.
Is the sentence correct? If not, what should I write?

'Being aggrieved with/by the attitude of the police officer . . .'

You could say 'Having a grievance with the attitude . . .' or 'Aggrieved with/by the attitude . . .'

There's no need to capitalise 'police officer' or 'minister'.
