Can a teacher possibly tell me when Or in which situatins these verbs are interchangable?(I am learning English,could you elaborate your explanations,thanks a lot.).

I can't think of a situation in which they could be interchangeable. They mean different things.
Context is important. Please provide enough for us to be able to deal effectively with your question.
