The behavior is in the past: I told you he would act that way.
Your second one is right.
I am not sure how reported speech should be applied in two cases.
1. When for example I meet someone that I spoke to before and I warned him that other guy will behave in some way and now it come true. So now when I meet him should I say "I told you that he would act like this?" o " "I told you that he will act like this?"
2. What if there is an conditional sentence in reported speech? For example I warned somebody in the past that "If he become rich he will leave you." and now I want to repeat that words after things come this way (e.g. the girl was left). Should I shiftback used tenses in conditional:
"I told you that if he became rich he would leave you"?
Thanks in advance.

I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
Thank you for your help. : )
