    Welcome to the forum.

    Please use correct written English on the forum.

    - Start every sentence with a capital letter.
    - End every sentence with a single punctuation mark (full stop, question mark, exclamation mark).

    I don't know what your sentence means. Do you mean "Oh no, I can't go skating for one month. I'm going to freak out"?
