Is it correct to say "Acrchers! Line up!" or there is some other more common command?

Yes, you could say that if you want them to stand in a line.

I'm not sure how many people these days need to command a group of archers to line up!

Well...after you get them in proper formation you might want to tell them, "Archers, to the ready". Though some may dispute this, I believe a better command to get the archers in a line would be something like, "Archers, assemble on me".

"Archers! To your positions!" ?

You need to be aware, Marina, that 'dated' language can sound a little odd even when written by native speakers.

"Assemble on me"? That sounds like you want them to pile themselves on top of you.

Yes, it does. In the US military, such a command means to come near me. In some cases, this command can also mean to form a line near the speaker.
