I'm not sure why you think the words you listed only apply to a girl. Most terms of endearment are used to both sexes within a relationship.
I have never heard of "Shawty" in my entire life. Where did you hear it?

You could just Google "terms of endearment" (the collective name for these kinds of names) and you will see results such as this.
