It is well deserved:
It is well deserved that I feel bad for that.

I think that word too is really important here.
1. I feel bad, 2. It is well deserved that I feel bad.

The title of your thread was "why feel bad". On that basis, I assumed that the part of the sentence you were querying was "I do feel bad".
If your title had been "Why treating you like dirt?" it would have been clearer what you wanted to know.
