Hi:
I remember hearing the phrase "look past". It was something like "I will look past it"
Does that actually exist? Why can I not find it in any dictionary?
Thanks!

Thanks! I found it but no explainations. So....what does it mean?
I also want to know why this phrase is not officially recogonized in any dictionary. Can we use it or is it best to avoid it?
Dictionaries are good for finding the meaning of words. You probably cannot find the meaning of "Monkeys running amok" in a dictionary either. You have to put the meaning of the words together to get the meaning. "I will look past it" generally means that I will not bring this matter up in the future - the event is over and done.
