Default Is "It is likely for sb to do sth" correct?

I'm comfused whether "It is likely for sb to do sth" is right or not. I think it is not right, but I've googled some examples. Like:
It is likely for SOHO to operate totally different projects many years later.
It is likely for you to suffer being cheated with wasting your money when going shopping, so do not want to get petty advantages.

    It is likely that ...

(I don't know where you found your second example sentence, but it's appallingly written.)

Well, the second sentence was still appallingly written.

It is likely that you will be ripped off when you go shopping in certain places.
It is likely that he will fall off his bike again in the future.
It is likely that I will never become President of the Universe.

How about the first one? Is it correct? Or we can say "it is likely for sb to do sth" is correct, but not widely used.

No. We say "It is likely that somebody will do something".

So you mean the first one is wrong, too.

It's not exactly wrong, but it's not natural English.
