I was astonished to learn that presumedly is an actual word.
Where did you encounter it?
I've never heard or read it before in my life, and don't intend to start now.

Is the meaninig of "presumedly" the same as the meaninig of "presumably"?

I was in the same boat as bhai and Rover till I checked the dictionaries. The thirteen citations in the COCA suggest that it is used with the same meaning as 'presumably'. I recommend that you don't use it. Many native speakers will believe you have made a mistake.

And me.
The Fraze. It website quotes only four examples of 'presumedly', but over 9,000 for 'presumably'.
I recommend that you bookmark fraze.it for examples of single words used in a variety of contexts (and its other useful features).
