Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
The word 'deem' is rarely used today; it's used mainly in flamboyant hyperbole and flattery, such as 'I would deem it an honour if you would grace our little gathering with your presence - be it only for a few minutes.' I bet you Uriah Heap (a Dickens character) used it.
