I can think of no word that can be used as a precise antonym of 'founded' in such contexts as:

The school was founded in 1732.
The USA is a nation founded on certain ideals.

Indeed, I can't think of an antonym of 'founded' in many contexts.

Possibly 'dissolved' works in "The monasteries were founded in the eleventh and twelfth centuries and dissolved in the sixteenth.

In its meaning of 'groundless' or 'baseless', as in 'My suspicions proved to be unfounded', the best single word antonym I can think of is 'justified'.
