    Hi,


    Could anyone one please explian to me what does this sentence mean?

    "Other instriments can be emulated using these commands."

    I just couldn't understand the whole concept of " to be emulated" in this Contex.

    I don't know what this sentence is supposed to mean. Where did you find it? Have you any context?

    "To emulate" in the computer world is to have one device behave exactly like a different device would. For instance, my PC is not a Nintendo game system, but I can find software for my PC that allows it to "emulate" the Nintendo and "play" the same exact software that is found on Nintendo game cartridges.

    Apple computers can "emulate" a Windows PC to run Windows software.
