Hi,
Is this sentence correct? " Have you ever been scuba diving?"
If it's correct, is it different from " Have you ever gone scuba diving?".

Personally, I'd say "Have you ever scuba-dived?".

They are both fine and mean the same thing. Please bear in mind, though, that "been" and "gone" are not always interchangeable.
