Have a look at countries like Finland, Norway and Sweden, where the proportion of women in parliament is very high compared to many countries. Here's a link to Finland, where it has been 38%:

Sweden is 45%:

Norway mid 40%s

The champion, interestingly is Rwanda.

The foreign minister of Spain is a woman. In any case, I am not at all sure what such things have to do with whether males are smarter than females. However, I have another question--why would somebody want to prove that males are smarter than females? (It is a lost cause.)

:)

There are, I think, currently 192 countries in the world.

A tendency toward dominance and control is not a sign of intelligence but rather other things--ambition, for example.

Funny you should use those words because women (i.e. wives, girlfriends, bosses) tend to be described as being dominant and controlling :?
