Where is the play on words, and how did I miss it?

:wink:

(So the knowledge is knowledge of sex? Nobody ever told me that before.)

I say let us put man and a woman together
==> Let's compare the sexes
To find out which one is smarter
==> To find out which out-smarts the other
Some say man but I say no
==> The general consensus is that Man rules the roost
The woman got the man de day should know
==> But woman have men were it counts :wink:

That is pretty clear, and I wouldn't suppose anybody would miss it. I guess that's why I didn't see it as a play on words. Hm.

i find that girls are generally better at english but boys are better at maths and science. of course this is going from my classes but i think that boys are just more interested in blowing stuff up so therefore wil pay more attantion. as for everyday knowledge there probably isn't any difference. some boys will just be more clever than others and that goes for girls aswell.

True, true. In fact, more women than men enroll in the Humanities, whereas more men than women enroll in the Sciences. The belief is that woman are the keepers of language having had to rear children for generations; men the hunters, the makers of weapons, the engineers, hence the math, etc. The gist of it all is that men learn by doing; women learn by communicating. So they say.
