I'm a bit confused with the use of has, have and had. Can you please help me with this?

No, that's not correct. But you can say:

She has had ...
He has had ...
It has had ...

= Present perfect

That's Past Perfect.

The Past Perfect expresses the idea that something occurred before another action in the past. It can also show that something happened before a specific time in the past.
