Question All the best wishes

Hi. Would "All the best wishes" put at the end of an e-mail (so, instead of "All the best" or "Best wishes" and such things) be fine? Is it used at all?

Thanks,
Nyggus

You've just changed the verb form to the passive and omitted it. Why didn't you use "not for me" instead? If you used that instead, you could keep the verb form the same.

There's nothing wrong with doing what I did- just because a question is passive, it doesn't follow that the answer has to be. Wouldn't the passive answer be 'not by me', which I could have used, but I don't see why there has to be the link you're suggesting between the question and the answer. The answer is about passing over information in response, not following the grammatical forms used in the question.
