I'd like to apologise for my message more than a year ago.
I never had a chance to come back, either lost the link or didn't know how to check the answer. I more than agree that my criticism was rude. I guess, I just wasn't familiar with the whole atmosphere of the Forum, never participated in any Forum, was surprised with unprofessionalism of the answer I received, expecting a precise and clear response, not realising that it could be answered by anyone, not trained specifically for this. But the main thing, Forum is Forum. I know now.

Thank you to Casiopea for his/her polite response to my rudness.
Appreciated!

Neither neither nor either is correct if neither I nor my mother believe it is. Either neither or either is right and I believe either one is good but i was worried the above discussion would not circle to a closing conclusion. It's not the case that I now believe either one is right; I believe either is right, or at least best.

I'm just having some fun, I have nothing to add except i am grateful for the above discussion. Thanks.
