"Inclusive" either means that the mentionned limits are included (eg. from June to September inclusive), or that other related things are included (eg. an all-inclusive package when you go on vacation).
"Including" is more specific (eg. he hates everybody, including himself)
"Included" carries the same idea, in another grammatical form (whatever the name): she took off everything, hat included.

Don't know if this helps but here's how I see it....
inclusive - is used to show us that the whole of something is what we are interested in
including - indicates that one part of something is the focus of our attention, as much as the whole
included - brings our attention of one part of something, but that the whole is still the most important
