Think about the plural 'those' groups, Mad-ox. How many are there?

I have thought about "those". I still have not got the point! It says: there are three kinds.........But the answer: those who can count and those who can't = so two types. Where is the third type? I'm sure it must be something tricky but I do not understand it.

The speaker says there are three types of people, then names two.

The joke is the speaker can't count.
