Default "on the right side" or "at the right side"?

Please help me.

What's the difference between "on the right side" and " at the right side?"

Is it possible to say " Turn left, and you'll find it at the right side." instead of "Turn left, and you'll find it on the(your) right?"

You are not using the full phrase. It's "on the right side of ____".
