Unhappy bursary application letter

hi. can you please write a bursary application letter for me? i don't know where to start about writing it. please help me out...

I m a second year student at the polytechnic of Namibia, studying toward a bachelor of technology in accounting and finance. I m planning of applying for a bursary, and its stated in its requirements that we have to apply in writting. Can u pls help on how i can write an application letter for a bursary.
