Why is numer one incorrect? Why is it supposed to be 'translated'?

Is this why it is 'translated'?

Note, to be is often omitted in the passive, so 3. is correct but it's also incorrect because the fastest is a superlative. Superlatives express, #1., the best, the tops.

partner is an example of when a noun is used as a verb. The example given is the only one I know of. Sorry.
