What do these mean?

1. I always want a bike.
2. I always wanted a bike.

Are these correct?

3. As a value customer and friend of the Family, we would like to tell you a bit more about ourselves. (Should it be 'valued'? If so, why?)

2 is correct. It means you think you know how to do the question, but aren't certain.

Why is numer one incorrect? Why is it supposed to be 'translated'?

1. I need this translate as fastest as you can.
2. I need this translated as fastest as you can.

Is this why it is 'translated'?
3. I need this to be translated as fastest as you can.

Same idea with this?
4. We partnered with him.
5. We partner with him. (Incorrect? Is it b/c it 'We are partnered with him.'?)

1. I need this translate as fastest as you can. :(
2. I need this translated as fastest as you can. :(
3. I need this to be translated as fastest as you can. :(

Passive
I need this (to be) translated as fast as you can. :D

Active
I need you to translate this as fast as you can. :D

Note, to be is often omitted in the passive, so 3. is correct but it's also incorrect because the fastest is a superlative. Superlatives express, #1., the best, the tops.

4. We partnered with him. :D
5. We partner with him. :D

Note,
We are partnered with him. (Verb)
We partnered with him. (Verb)
We will partner with him. (Verb)
We partner with him (when we can). (Verb)

All the best, :D

I don't understand the 'We partner' part. Can you give me an example on how to use this in a sentence? Thanks.

Are these correct? If they're wrong, why?
1. It is a new release.
2. It is a new released. (This is a to-be verb? But how come it doesn't sound right?)
3. New release. (One release?)
4. New releases. (More then one releases?)
5. New released. (What does this mean?)

What do these mean?
6. Compare to other firewalls it is still a hassle.
7. Compared to other firewalls it is still a hassle.

8. I still see the application control as a hassle compared to other firewalls
9. I still see the application control as a hassle compare to other firewalls.

10. I always have that turned off.
11. I always have that turn off.
For this one, how do I know if it is supposed to be 'turn' or 'turned'? Does this work 'That is always turned off.'? So number #11 is wrong?

What do these mean?
12. For boys and girls where they needed it the most.
13. For boys and girls where they need it the most.

partner is an example of when a noun is used as a verb. The example given is the only one I know of. Sorry.

1. It is a new release. :D
2. It is a new released. :(
3. New release. (One release?) :D
4. New releases. (More then one releases?) :D
5. New released. (What does this mean?) :(

Try,

2. and 5. It is a newly released video. (Adverb+Participle+Noun)

6. Compare to other firewalls it is still a hassle. :(
7. Compared to other firewalls it is still a hassle. :D

8. compared to other firewalls. :D
9. compare to other firewalls. :(

Note, (when it is) compared with/to other firewalls.

10. I always have that turned off. :D
11. I always have that turn off. :(

Note, 'that' = 'turned off' / 'that' is 'turned off'.
