Please show me how to use the following and the followings correctly.

These two are correct, and those two forms are the only ways in which you can use those two words in those contexts.

Obviously "follow" also doubles as a verb and "following" doubles as a verb and a noun but like I said, in the context you've provided there are only two ways to use it and you've nailed both.
