i before e except after c with a long sounding e or a long-sounding a, as in neighbor or weigh

your sort of chant it like you do the alphabet

and of course there are always the exceptions like caffeine

My short list is:

Kewpie (as in the carnival doll)
Phlegm
Naphtha
Spigot
Khaki
This list originally had 5 other such words. It claimed that rare, indeed, was anybody found that could spell all ten! Please submit the other five words that belong to this particular list.
