film's good=one's good
if so, it will use "am thinking"
film's good=something is good
if so, it will use "think"

The progressive verb "am thinking" denotes a thinking process. In this case "think" is correct because it is an opinion.

Hi
yes, simple present
We can use this rule:
simple past: I + mind verb
present continuos: I am + (mind verb+ING)

Good luck
