| Again, there are many practical problems with this, such as how the chat roon would be monitored. Sites are responsible for what happens in chat rooms, which is why many places are switching them off because monitoring them 24 hours a day is either impossible or prohibitively expensive. The legal aspects are becoming more and more important. |

| In my opinion, it is very useful to creat a chat room. When we chat we are compelled to give quick answers and this is the best way to focus on this foreign language, English language. |
