However, the main problem with chat rooms is security; unlike the forum, we don't know what's going on, but are still responsible. Personally, I'm not greatly in favour of the idea. |

Legally, sites are responsible for what happens in such places. It's hard work to keep on top of this forum. If there are enough people interested, it would be possible, but it would require a lot of monitoring. MSN got rid of them because of this very issue. Educational chatrooms are targeted by unsavoury people as they have large numbers of young people in them, which is the problem. |

Also, the site here is teaching English and in chat rooms they'll be a lot of mistakes in spelling and grammar
