download idioms

Hi,
Is there any possibility to download the whole list of idioms as a text file. I want to make some flashcards (e.g. for a smartphone) out of them. I am happy to distribute them afterwards for free.
I did this already for a couple of hundred idioms and I found them to be very helpful for improving my english so I want to increase the number.
