Default A link to usingenglish forum

Hi Red5

I have added a link to usingenglish forum on every page at my Learn English by Advertisement section in my website.

If you are not against it, it would be there for good. 8) 8)

Hello again. I've just been browsing your site and I see it is a very extensive and useful resource for learners!

May I make a suggestion though?

I noticed you are using the LinksToYou reciprocal link program. My advice to you is DON'T - delete it, get rid of it and never use it again!!! That sort of link generating program is classed as spam by most of the search engines and it will only harm your site in the long run.

I used it a long time ago with a personal site when I was just starting to learn about SEO and the site got banned by Google. I ended up having to email them and ask them kindly to restore my site as I had removed LinksToYou. It took six months in total.

I hope this is useful to you, because it would be such a shame if your site was penalised because of something so silly.

If you want to find out more about this and other SEO topics, try the following sites:

Kind regards,

Thanks Red,

I thought it did me good. But it turns out doing me harm. Gosh. I didn't give it a second thought to scrap it instantly :P.

By the way, the info from the recommended links are very useful.

Reciprocal linking is one of the most important things one can do to market a site, but the links you ask for (and the ones you place on your site) should be of direct use to your visitors and within general topic area of your site.

The following site has some articles on link building, but I would recommend the links I gave you above over any others. Just do a search on http://www.ihelpyouservices.com/forums/ to get some excellent advice!

Articles on Link Building Strategies and Tactics

Good luck!
