Few members on-line so we need more promotion

Hello, this is the best site of this kind I've ever seen, you're very organized and I like the way you lead and administrate UsingEnglish, however there are very few members on-line and answers come up very late, I want to help promoting this website, how could I do it? for example if I make a free personal website, how could I put a banner to lead other people here?
