Default Go down to a dead end

It seems odd--I didn't send my post "Go down to a dead end" two times, although it looks like that from "Ask a teacher" forum. I've seen such doubled posts several times, and now I see it may be a technical problem.

I think it occurs when two persons are replying for the same thread at the same time that the thread becomes twice though the starter has posted only once.
