Question Re: Survey: What do you like or dislike about our site?

Hello, Red5,
What I appreciate greatly is your prompt positive reaction to suggestions.

Being a comp dummy I may be wrong, but in comparison with some other forums, in yours it's impossible to answer threads without an additional Reply click.
I usually minimize everything that interests me on the Net (forums' threads, politics, news, etc.) and read it offline. If there's sth I'd like to reply to, I have to log in agn, find the thread (or maximize it), click on Reply and so on.
While in other forums one can just type their message at the end of the thread offline, log in and send it at once.
Besides, while typing my message on your Reply ...mmm...what d'you call it- table?, - I have to repeatedly move down to see the name or the points of the previous threads - while in other forums they are above, just before your eyes.
I know, I can click on Quote in order to place it before me - that means an additional step and 5 to 45 secs ( yes, yesterday and today there occured such long connections) of waiting and subsequent erasing the unnecassary quote (many people just leave the whole of it - which is often superfluous).
Tnx

Default Re: Survey: What do you like or dislike about our site?

What I dislike: -It is visited once in a blue moon, so there are very few those who you can talk to! As far as the improvement of the English language concerns, It is a little bit doubtful as all for all of us this language is a second one. I think those who can speak very well or the English-native-speakers do not visit this site very often. And the best way to learn this language, in my opinion, is to talk to those who know it well.
-Why can't I open a new topic in the idioms section?

What I like: - we can talk to different people from different countries
- we can find out habits of other countries
- we cam make friends

What I suggest: It needs a more publicity as I'm sure that many do not know about this site & they would like to visit & use it.

Kind regards,

I have no wish to start answering all these points at such an early stage, but I simply couldn't let this one pass.
