Suggestion: Promote the forum

Why don't we do something to promote the forum?

hmm, perhaps we participate in other forums (Online games have their own forums) and can write in our signature something to attract more people :)

Having a signature in one forum doesn't cross over to another. Also, the forum gets lots of posts every day, so it doesn't seem to be struggling to me.
