Default Adjust the time please

This website digital clock shows wrong time in India. It is running in one hour difference. When the actual time is 5:00p.m in India, it shows 6:00p.m.I don’t know why this difference is.Why can’t you adjust it?

Try this.

Go to User Control Panel at the top left of this page.
Go to Edit Options on the left side of the page.
Scroll down to Time Zones and choose your area.

Though I had selected the proper area in the time zone, the time was wrong.
That is why I needed your help. There is another DST correction options list, which is at the bottom of time zones. Now I have choosen the option "Automatically detect dst settings".Now time is ok.At first I thought that this is a default value and no need to change.

Thank you very much
