Default A suggestion for the forum.

Hi,
Just an idea - why not have a branch of this forum for all kinds of discussions? We'd have a chance to both practise the language and broaden our cultural horizons.

Regards

OK, Bob,
Still I believe a separate branch -under the same roof-would be more convenient. It would thrill many ESLs who long for practising English, and bring more fun; besides it would increase the site's popularity considerably.
Do you think it's technically difficult?

I don't know anything about the technical difficulty. Red5 is the man for that. But I imagine he'll take some persuading, in view of the forum that already exists.

It would also depend on the types of discussions. They can get heated at times.

Sorry Richard I didn't know how to contact you. Yesterday I tried to send a new post to Advanced but I was denied access. Could fix it or at least tell me the reason (send a private message if possible). Thanks
Jamshid

Yes, they can. But everybody knows moderators can delete flamers’ posts and you could give a list of unwanted topics.

Well, it would be lovely if it were that simple.

Why don't you get started in the General Discussions area and see?
