Default Consolidation

Sabrina suggested "Writing topics," and I suggested "English Idioms and sayings," as forum topics and were accepted. Have you thought of consolidating:

1. Ask a teacher
2. Frequently asked questions
3. English Grammar
4. Study skills
5. and even General language discussions

into one, simply "Ask a teacher?" Or as a minimum, combine 1,2 and 4.

Also, move "Writing topics" out of "Members area" and place it under "Learning English." Another thing, I am assuming Writing topics includes editings, and we get quite a few of those. "Editing and Writing Topics" seems to be a more appropriate heading.

People tend to go to a proper topic to post when there are fewer choices (rather than all going to "Ask a teacher." ) Besides, it is easlier to read current posts (say today's) when they are all together. (I believe you can find study skills question in Ask a teacher.)

Thanks a bunch. I don't know how you guys find time to help all of us and to deal with all these back seat drivers who are not shy of making their benefactors work harder.

Have a great day.

I've renamed & moved the Writing Topics folder as suggested, and I've combined Study Skills with Ask a Teacher. GOOD SUGGESTIONS!!!

I'll think about the other suggestions a bit more.

Regards & thanks,
