[Essay] work letter

im mexican, going soon to canada, so i need to apply for the visitant visa.
one of the requirements is that i have to present a letter from my work, explaining that i work there, the amount of money i get paid, for how long have i been working there, and the name of the job i do, for example, production manager, etc. and also this letter has to say about my vacation period, from when to when.
i kind of speak english, but a formal letter is hard for me to do it right, thank you so much for your help.

Why don't you write the letter and post it? Then we can take a look at it, make a few corrections, and offer some suggestions.
