Please help me to correct my writing, thanks A glance at the graph provided reveals some striking similarities between Chines and the US birth rates from 1920 to 2000. There were considerable fluctuation between the fertility of both nations, with lows during the 1940s and highs during the 1950s.
The Chinese birth rates remained at some 10 percentage until 1930, then soared to approximately 15 percentage in 1930, with the following plunge to a low of just 5 percent in 1940. This was followed by an exponential growth of the Chinese fertility of 20 percentage at the peak. And followed by a steady fall.
The US birth rates, meanwhile, fluctuated at 11 to 13 percentage until 1940, before dropping sharping to less than 5 percentage in 1945.
Thanks for your help. |
