Default The Knowledge within organizations...

Hi again... I must say that every time I'm feeling more confident with my english.. thank you all... Could you please check this new paragraph?

The Knowledge within the organizations may be found as tacit or explicit. When tacit, the knowledge resides in the brains of the staff, is created via the experience and shared mainly in informal interaction. On the other hand, the explicit knowledge is documented in physical or electronic media, and shared by the flow of documents. In order to transform tacit into explicit knowledge or vice versa, there must be a personal introspection that allows to interpret the explicit knowledge, or impress in coherent ideas the mental schemas that is the tacit knowledge.

Thanks!!!

The Knowledge within the organizations may be found as tacit or explicit.

Is there a need for the capital letter here? Also, do you mean specific knwoledge and organisations, or are you talking in general. If you are talking in general, the you might remove the definite articles. I'd remove 'found as'.

there must be a personal introspection that allows to interpret the explicit knowledge, or impress in coherent ideas the mental schemas that is the tacit knowledge.

I'd say 'that allows the interpretation of explicit knowledge, or coherent ideas about the mental schemas'...
