Firstly, have you read the play, and have some basic understanding of what happens in it. If not, you can find a study guide somewhere on the net, or in your library, or maybe find a Simple English version of it.

Do you see it as a love story?
Do you agree that it is very violent? Do you know how many people die in the play, and why?
Have you seen any of the available movie versions? The two most famous are an old 1960s? version with Olivia Hussey as Juliet, and a recent one with Leonardo di Caprio and Clare Danes, which emphasizes the violence.

Now, assuming you agree that there is a lot of violence in the play, does this violence have consequences?
If you agree that it does, what are those consequences? (The body count is obviously one consequence, but you're probably meant to look deeper than that).

If you can answer these questions, you're ready to start writing your paper. If you can't, you need to go back to some version of the play and try to decide what you think.

What have you got so far? Do you have any opinions about the play at all? Have you read it?
Perhaps you don't think it's about violence, and that it's a love story. That would be a valid response to the question. But not having an opinion at all is not a valid answer. You are being asked to think.
When you get some ideas, post them here, and I'll tell you if it sounds reasonable. But it's your assignment and you must write it, and you must write your own opinions.
