Also about Knowledge Management...
Hi
, here is a new mini-paragraph waiting for your great feedback...
According to Schulz, one of the most important prerequisites for a successful knowledge management implementation, is an organizational culture that enables the knowledge creation. Such organizational culture should handle mistakes as an opportunity to learn, as well as motivate the people to think, write and share the causes that may have brought the obtained results (either positive or negative). She also states that trust, respect, share, and an explicit common goal within the organization, are key factors for the success of knowledge management.
Thank you very much.

prerequisites for a successful knowledge management implementation- I'd remove 'a'
that enables the knowledge creation- I'd remove 'the'
Such organizational culture - I'd say 'such an'
may have brought the obtained results - that may have led to the results obtained
trust, respect, share,- sharing
common goal within the organization,- remove comma

... motivate the (delete) people to think, write about (add) and share the causes (share the reasons maybe? To me sharing causes sounds very much like "everybody's fault") that may have brought the obtained results (either positive or negative). She also states that trust, respect, share (sharing), of knowledge management.
What is your input TDol?

The people- optional, IMO- it does refer to specific people, those within the organisation.
Share the reasons- this does sound better.
