I have another small parragraph for checking:

The core question is: “How can organizations use the “Darwiportunistic” phenomena for develop their knowledge management efforts?”. In order to answer this question, this work compares the features of German and Mexican organizations in the intersection between the “Darwiportunismus” and “Knowledge Management”. This research is based in the principle that analyzing and comparing two wide different cultures, highlight successful practices. The instruments where carefully designed for prevent the noise that may be caused when two cultures are compared.

The instruments were carefully designed to (repeat mistake) prevent the noise (I'd change this) that may be caused when two cultures are compared.

Do sounds better: "The instruments were carefully designed to avoid cultural noise in the findings."?
