Is it unfair to compare large cities with small cities?
Each city has its advantages and disadvantages. It depends on their economic and social environment, healthcare and educational programs, recreation and transport infrastructure. Some cities situated in fabulous places, where a lot of healthy food and sun, but there are not good schools and universities for education. Another cities have perfect conditions for career and business, but they suffer because of pollution, traffic and high crime rates.
So, I think, it isn’t unfair to compare large cities with small ones. They just need to be evaluated by various criteria that everybody could understand what the best city to him to live in.

Some cities are situated in fabulous places, where a lot of healthy/rich food and bright sunshine are available but there are no (t) good schools and universities for education. Some other large cities have perfect conditions/atmosphere for career and business development, but they suffer from disadvantages like (because of) pollution, heavy traffic and high crime rates. So, I think, it isn’t (un) fair to compare large cities with small ones. They are just needed to be evaluated against (by) various criteria that could be understood by everybody so as to enable him to choose (what) the best city (to him) to live in.
