Salary is always a hot topic in every discussion today. There is a statement saying that teachers should be well paid like doctors, lawyers or business leaders. In my point of view, the opinion above is totally true.

First, educating people is an elevated career that deserves well responses from the community. Perhaps everybody deeply understands the importance of being well-educated in a person’s life. Thanks to good basic knowledge of both social and professional matters, men can react and deal with many problems wisely and quickly. Consequently, those trying their best to overcome troubles will end up achieve success. In contrary, those don’t have a chance to access good educating methods often lose themselves and immerse them in bad social-evils. Therefore, teachers play a vital role in creating a right developing trend for youngsters who will become the owner of our future society.

Second, teachers have to work very hard in order to complete their task perfectly, so they need paying deservedly. Every job has its own features and difficulties. Being a teacher is no exception. They have to accumulate the knowledge and being creative every time in order to give students the best lessons. Besides, they are not only teachers but also good friends and caring parents of students. It is not wrong to say that teachers have dedicated both effort and love to teaching career.

Third, if teachers are well paid, they will have a better life with higher living standard, which supports them a lot in concentrating on training process in stead of earning a living. The love and passion of teachers will be thousands times greater. As a result, teaching quality will be incredibly improved and students will be luckier when approaching modern and high-quality education. I always believe that investing in education is a wise investment.

In conclusion, teaching is a highly sacrificed job which is extremely important in a society. Therefore, the government should reconsider and adjust the salary-paying policy so that our teachers will have a better life and so a better mood to give excellent lectures. We highly expect that our next generation will be far better than us, which ensures a brighter future for humankind.
