[Essay] Drug Use

Today in American almost every person has tried some sort of legal or illegal drug. Some people use the drugsfor pain or disorders while other for recreational reasons. Onse abuse gets the best of an individual their entire like can be destroyed or ended. Drug abuse is a problem that affects many users as well as their families and loved ones.

I don't think I would use the word "try" with drugs that are not considered recreational. I think the word "use" would work better there. We use drugs to control pain, for example.
